A 40-key boutique hotel concept in warm California modern: limewash plaster, white oak, terracotta, travertine and brass under a double-height timber ceiling. The lobby bar wraps a curved fluted-terracotta counter beneath arched back-bar niches and steel windows framing olive trees; the guest rooms pair an upholstered headboard wall with sheer-filtered light and a travertine bath. Built to real hospitality dimensions and lit for both morning and evening, so an owner, operator or investor sees the experience at the hours it is sold.
