Remodel visualization for contractors and designers
Bathroom and kitchen remodel renderings
A remodel is the hardest thing in residential construction to sell from a sample board. Homeowners cannot picture how a tile, a vanity and a light fixture will look together in their room, and that hesitation costs contractors weeks.
Lightframe builds the room at its real dimensions and places the actual fixtures, tile layouts and lighting, including grout lines, tile sizes and finish sheen. The client signs off on layout and proportion in a clay preview first, then sees the finished room, then compares finish options side by side. Decisions happen in one meeting instead of three.

Questions
Anything else, ask. We reply within one business day.
- Can you show specific tile and fixture products?
- Yes. Send product links or spec sheets and we match sizes, colours and finishes, including tile size and grout layout.
- Do you need measured drawings?
- Dimensioned plans or a field measure are ideal. A sketch with key dimensions and photos of the existing room also works for concept views.
- Can you render the existing room as a before view?
- Yes. We can model the existing conditions and render the same camera before and after, which is a strong sales tool for remodel contractors.
- How fast are finish changes?
- Material swaps on an existing model usually turn around the same day, so several tile or vanity options can be compared quickly.
